You deserve relief from the burdens that are keeping you feel stuck.

I provide online individual therapy services to people dealing with anxiety, stress, chronic pain, and self-esteem issues.

I tend to work best with those struggling with:

  • excessive worry, fear, or anxiety impacting daily life

  • poor boundaries due to fears of letting others down

  • a tendency to be very self-critical

  • experiencing a chronic pain condition that negative impacts quality of life

  • unclear personal values and purpose

  • negative thoughts about the self

Logistics

Prior to our first session, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork electronically. Sessions are conducted through a secure (HIPAA-compliant) video platform. You will be provided a link through email, which will take you there. You don’t need to be tech-savvy, I promise! When we meet, also remember to try to be in an environment where you have good internet connection and won't have too many distractions.

  • Chronic Pain

    Being in chronic pain is no joke, and can completely deplete you from being the vibrant human you are meant to be. Its ability to have a domino effect on every part of your life makes it quite the vicious beast. You want to be free from the pain, be able to tap into your wholeness.. your true sense of self again. Or, maybe it's been so long that you can't even remember what it feels like to feel "like yourself."I can provide you with the necessary tools to help you navigate out of pain and self-doubt. Let me help guide you in your journey to a life of reduced pain and an increased sense of power over it.

  • Anxiety & Stress

    Worry, anxiety, nervousness - whatever you want to name it - is something that is inherently part of being human. However, if you're struggling with constant worry, fear, a sense of impending doom, constantly worried that something awful is about to happen, you know that this is impacting your life negatively. You probably have tons of obligations in your life already, even if maybe you don't feel like you do. There's always something more to do, right? These thoughts, feelings and sensations make it difficult to truly get the rest you need to thrive. It really doesn't have to be so hard, even though it may feel like it will always be. I can help you find a sense of peace and provide you with effective techniques that will always be there for you.

  • Low Self-Esteem

    You have a tendency towards self-doubt, minimizing your positive attributes, or downplaying your accomplishments. It seems like everybody has "got it together" and is thriving, but you're still stuck. Comparing yourself to others is something you know you shouldn't be doing, but can't help yourself... and then your thoughts spiral toward self-doubt and self-criticism. If this resonates, I can help you to begin to view yourself in a more positive way, acknowledging your strengths and leaning into more self-compassion.

What To Expect

Working together to form an alliance for change is important. I aim to create an open environment where my clients feel safe to truly be themselves. This is your space to let go of whatever is on your mind. Maybe there are things that you don't typically share in your everyday life for fear of being judged. Our therapy sessions will be a judgment-free zone. I may ask you questions that will get you thinking in alternate ways than you might be used to. You will be gently pushed outside of your comfort zone, when appropriate, to truly work on achieving the goals that we will create at the beginning of therapy. (The treatment goals can always be re-examined and adjusted throughout the process).
